School Age Program

october 2016

There is a magic behind story telling and this month a group of children have been exploring their imagination through writing stories as well as making up plays for their peers. Dramatic play, story writing and preforming plays continues to be a strong interest in the School Age Program. The children have also been engaged in planning and partaking in different challenges.  Bottle flipping, obstacle courses and paper airplane building are just to name a few!

This PA day the children joined the Kindergarten program to go see a puppet show at the Public Library called "The Witch Who Saved Halloween". And some children have begun writing and practicing their own puppet shows and creating paper bag puppets.

We are excited to see where their imagination and creative thinking takes them next!

Stay tuned...
