- Arrivals & Pick-upsEstablished hours of pick-up and drop-off are observed to ensure the safety and comfort of the children. Late pick-up is discouraged but can be arranged if needed.
- Admission & RegistrationOur Admission & Registration policies ensure that existing and potential children & parents are all treated fairly.
- Clothing & PosessionsChildren should be dressed in clothing that is appropriate for physical activity, the weather and the seasons. A second set of clothing for the child should be kept at the centre to be used if necessary.
- Guidance & DisiplineChildren are disciplined in a positive manner at a level that is appropriate to their actions and their ages. We incorporate community agreements which encourages respect for each other, respect of the environment, attentive listening and appreciating one another.
- Health, Nutrition & MedicationThe Day Nurseries Act stipulates that prior to admission; each child must be immunized as recommended by the local Medical Officer of Health.
- Holidays & School ClosuresSometimes, we need to close due to weather, holidays and other events.
