This month the preschool group have been exploring variations of transformation. Utilizing recycled marker water, the children were making predictions on our coloured jars. It has now been a few days since we began this process, and the children have been quite excited to share their ideas on WHAT is happening.
“It goed up” WHY? “I don’t know” Does anyone have any other ideas? “The water soaked up the napkin” “The water come from jar”
The children continued to examine the jars in the middle of the snack table, pointing, and feeling the paper towel at the top. Next week we plan on adding new materials to “soak” up water as the children are describing.
