Our highlight of the month was preparing and collaborating for our Christmas family celebration! This project has been in the works for awhile and our children decided on a fundraising bake sale! We are hoping to raise money to provide the children with items that have been relating to their recent interests! After reaching out to friends/family about our event… we received a large amount of baked goods to share! On the day of the event in the morning of KB, SS, CB, and TZ got to work and began packaging popcorn bags, organizing, and labeling the treats for the afternoon. The girls also discussed how they will divide their roles and agreed to have someone in charge of money, one person handing out treats, and others observing/greeting families as they come by! We are so proud of our group for organizing this event and look forward to all the good that will come from it:)
