Insights from Young Minds
Recently the educators initiated a meaningful discussion about kindness with the children. The educators asked them how they could be kind to their friends and others, and their responses were thoughtful.
D-” Give a smile”.
V- “I can ask someone to play when they have no one to play’.
L- “Make a card and giving them a gentle high five”.
“Help my friends in cleaning up the mess”.
H- “I can help them in building up the things when they mess up”.
O - “Give a hug when they are upset”.
“Involve friends in my play”.
C - “Sharing my toys”.
M - “Making pictures for my friends”.
J - “Play with someone”.
H - “Using golden words- Sorry, Please, and Thank you”.
L - “Sharing toys”.
W - “Play together”.
To reinforce these ideas, we role played different situations where kindness was needed. Encouraging these values daily will help them grow into caring individuals who positively impact the environment.
