Nature is a beautiful thing and being able
to use it in our art creations make for an exciting experience. The children at
Westmount went on a nature scavenger hunt as part of their planned "nature day". They had to find a variety of materials such as leaves, sticks, and pine cones. Once they had all of their materials, the children had the idea to incorporate their collections into art. One child asked if they could use the materials to paint with. This idea sparked the interest of many children. Take a look at the "paint brushes" the children created using thier nature materials.
