The children are naturally drawn to the light table. It enhances and provides different perspectives on properties of objects and colours. The children have been exploring with the colours on the light table by placing coloured light blocks and cellophane from the table directly up to their eyes. By doing this their whole perspective on their world changes.
Easton would take the cellophane and just walk around...what does he see? Oliver watched and copied him. No words about their experience was shared, only giggles. I urge you to try this, see what your children see. Report back to us on your experience so we can document it with the children's pictures!
